The Arts Society Ballinger is a friendly local branch of The Arts Society.
Normally we meet on the last Thursday of each month (excluding August, December & January) for illustrated art-based lectures on a wide variety of subjects by professional speakers in their specialist fields. These are evening meetings where we gather in the Hall at around 7.30 p.m. for coffee/tea and a chat before the lecture commences at 8.00 p.m. Each year we organise two to three visits to places of interest. We welcome visitors as guests.

First Aid Sessions
A big thank you to Fred Martin, Community Services Lead at St John Ambulance for the South Bucks Network, who kindly gave up his morning to deliver a free Community First Aid session at Ballinger War Memorial Hall.
It was a highly informative and engaging event, covering essential skills including choking response, CPR, defibrillator use, burns, bleeding, and the use of EpiPens. It was especially great to see some young members of our community getting involved as enthusiastic volunteers — a fantastic sign of community spirit in action.
We’re proud to host events like this for the benefit of everyone, helping to build confidence and potentially lifesaving skills across our community.
